These terms govern your use of trycushy.com and any purchase from Cushy, operated by JPG Group (AU) (ABN 82 437 022 825). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders and pre-orders
- Some products are sold on pre-order. The dispatch estimate shown at checkout (currently 20 July 2026) is our best estimate and may change. We'll keep you updated by email.
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order. If we can't fulfil an order, we'll refund you in full.
- Prices are in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise.
Payment
Payment is taken at the time you order, including for pre-orders, to reserve your unit in the production run.
Shipping
Shipping costs and times are shown at checkout. Free shipping applies on orders over $299. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.
The product
Cushy is an electrical heating and cooling blanket. Please follow the safety and care instructions supplied with your unit. Do not use the unit if any electrical part is damaged.
Returns, refunds and warranty
Our Refund & Return Policy, including the 50-day satisfaction guarantee and the 1-year warranty, forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Your consumer guarantees
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use our content without permission. All site content and branding is owned by JPG Group (AU).
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the product. We don't exclude any liability that can't be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page.
