1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund.
No hassle, no complicated forms.
Just contact us and we’ll walk you through the process.
2. Exchanges (Up To 30 Days)
If you’d like to swap your Breezi for a different colour or there’s another issue with your order, you can request an exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
3. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty:

Please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll organise a replacement or refund in line with your preference and our obligations under Australian Consumer Law.
(That 7 days is about reporting transit issues, not the whole warranty window.)
4. What’s Eligible For Return
To qualify for a refund or exchange:

The Breezi device and included accessories must be returned.

The set should include all components (device, pods, tracker, cleaning tools, carry case).

Items should be in reasonable condition.
For hygiene reasons, heavily used or fully consumed flavour pods may not be eligible for refund unless they are faulty or required to be refunded under Australian Consumer Law.
5. Return Shipping

For Australian orders, return shipping may be covered or partially covered depending on the situation.

For international orders, return shipping costs may apply.
We recommend using tracked shipping for all returns.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
